Changes 🌑🍂

Times are changing.

I feel it deeply.

This season,

I recognize resentment that is buried deep inside my heart.

I recognize the times when my soul spoke so loudly and I told her to suck it up.

This season,

I desire to heal my heart from the resentment that's been taking up space.

This season,

I make drastic changes to align my life to my soul's spoken and unspoken desires.

This season,

I continue to make peace with what was, and what is.

This season,

I continue to hold myself in times of discomfort.

But, no longer sucking it up.

This season, I move when needed to move, and stay when needed to stay.

Times are changing.

Seasons are changing.

My heart is changing.

And my self-love is deepening 🌹
