What's the rush?

On this morning's live (in my private fb group), I talked about the version of me that rushed everywhere and everything.

I remember rushing my oldest all the time as if we were always running late or behind.

I felt that then, and I can see my baby (my 14-year-old) at times feels the same way until I remind him that he is perfect where he is right now.

I see it in the way he rushes through chores, rushes through his schoolwork, rushes and skips steps when he’s cooking, and I just lovingly remind him to take a breath and release his shoulders.

There’s no rush, and he can slow down as long as he permits himself to.

Who we are today is programming our children, whether we know it, like it, or not.

I see the different versions of me that raised him IN him.

Lots of reprogramming, compassion, and especially self-forgiveness this season as I watch him navigate life with old and new programming.

Slow down.

You are never behind.

You are perfect.

You deserve peace and ease.

Thank you for tuning in to today’s Live,

I am intentionally creating a sacred space to be all of ourselves and heal alongside other women who are also navigating life with more intention.

Let me know if you’re working through this yourself or just realized you’re also rushing through life and needed this sacred reminder

I love you. I'm rooting for your growth and evolution. See you in the private group. <3
